Free and Plus
- Free keeps one locally stored Bambu connection active and shows the basic read-only status of every printer under that connection.
- FabBeacon Plus is US$2.99 per month or US$24.99 per year, renews automatically and has no free trial.
- Plus activates all validated local Bambu connections and unlocks Farm Matrix, device groups, alerts and local history, Maintenance Center and Production Reports.
- Downgrading to Free disables extra connections without deleting their local profiles.
- Paddle Checkout processes payment. The Paddle Customer Portal provides billing, payment-method and cancellation management.
Safer subscription handling
- Live and Sandbox billing are strictly separated. A mismatched environment cannot open Checkout.
- Server-side customer binding and a persistent Checkout fence prevent concurrent monthly/yearly requests from creating duplicate subscriptions.
- Plus belongs to the authenticated FabBeacon product account, not to an email address or Bambu account.
- A server-side sales switch can stop new purchases while existing customers retain access to subscription management.
- Payment secrets, entitlement-signing keys and update-signing private keys are not included in the desktop package.
Desktop and release hardening
- Free/Plus connection limits are enforced at startup, entitlement refresh and downgrade.
- Business QML is compiled into Qt resources instead of being shipped as directly editable source files.
- Responsive fleet cards, detail panels, themed scrollbars, English and Simplified Chinese, light/dark themes, full screen and tray operation remain available.
- Updates use an Ed25519-signed manifest and SHA-256. FabBeacon checks only when you ask and does not silently install an update.
Important boundaries
FabBeacon is read-only. It does not start, pause, cancel or configure a printer, does not connect to local printer cameras, and does not replace Bambu Handy. It is not a Bambu Lab product, affiliate or official service.
Bambu credentials and printer data stay on the current computer. Camera viewing, a remote cloud dashboard, cross-computer synchronisation and team seats are not included in v0.5.0.
The Windows executable is not code-signed yet, so Windows may show an unknown publisher warning. Download only from the official GitHub Release and verify the SHA-256 below.

- FabBeacon Plus 月付 US$2.99、年付 US$24.99，自动续订且不提供免费试用。
- Plus 激活本机全部已验证拓竹连接，并解锁农场矩阵、设备分组、告警与本地历史、维护中心和生产报表。
- 降级到 Free 只会停用额外连接，不会删除保存在本机的连接资料。
- 付款由 Paddle Checkout 处理；可通过 Paddle Customer Portal 管理账单、付款方式和取消订阅。
更安全的订阅处理
- 正式收费与 Sandbox 严格隔离；环境不一致时不会打开结账。
- 服务端固定绑定客户身份，并用持久 Checkout 状态栅栏避免多设备或月付、年付并发造成重复订阅。
- Plus 绑定已登录的 FabBeacon 产品账号，不以邮箱或拓竹账号作为授权依据。
- 服务端销售开关可暂停新增购买，同时保留既有客户的订阅管理入口。
- 支付密钥、权益签名私钥和更新签名私钥均不会进入桌面安装包。
桌面与发行加固
- Free / Plus 连接数量限制会在启动、权益刷新和降级时执行。
- 业务 QML 已编译进 Qt 资源，不再以可直接修改的业务源码形式分发。
- 继续提供响应式机群卡片、详情面板、统一主题滚动条、中英文、浅色与深色、全屏和托盘运行。
- 更新使用 Ed25519 签名清单与 SHA-256；只在用户主动操作时检查，不会静默安装。
重要边界
FabBeacon 坚持只读：不会开始、暂停、取消或设置打印机，不连接本地打印机摄像头，也不取代 Bambu Handy。本软件不是 Bambu Lab 官方产品，也未获得其背书或授权。
拓竹凭据和打印机数据保存在当前电脑。摄像头查看、远程云看板、跨电脑同步和团队席位不在 v0.5.0 范围内。
Windows 可执行文件目前尚未代码签名，系统可能显示“未知发布者”。请只从官方 GitHub Release 下载，并核对下方 SHA-256。
